SLAYYYHair.com is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. We do not accept any returns but will gladly accept exchanges for Slayyy Hair products within 5 days from the delivery date in unused, unopened, original packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We strongly suggest taking photos of your items upon delivery if the item or box was received damaged or opened. To complete your exchange, we require a purchase receipt with products from the order displayed.
